OUR MANUFACTURING OFFER
Assembly
From basic parts installation up to High Level Assembly (HLA) assisted by Holding Fixtures , Poka Yoke - Error Proofing devices , Gauges and other QA / QC Tools.
Sorting
Parts sorting through 0 / 1 discrete criteria or continuous variable measuring system.
Inspection
Inspection is performed using industry standard equipment and AQL methodologies as required
Rework
Parts geometry modification by removing material , adding more elements such pad adhesives , foams , gaskets , screws , inserts , welding seams , material bending , labels , silk screening, painting and other features as you require
Fixtures
Aluminum , steel or wood plain holding fixtures up to more integrated mechanical , pneumatic inspection solutions that will allow you to perform repeatable and more standard operations.
Prototyping
Aluminum & steel machined , as well as polymer 3D printed prototypes.
CAD file / 3D models are required.
